FITNESS
Pilates - You don't have to join a gym to get fit!  Anyone can benefit from this class.  Pilate's tones and strengths your muscles as well as aids in weight loss. You can tone with just a mat!  Pilate's also relaxes you to help get you through the rest of your day.  If you can't committ to the month, or don't know if this is for you, you may attend for $5 a session.

Fiction Writing for Beginners - 
Attention all aspiring writers!  Learn how to develop characters and hook a reader from beginning to end.

Fiction Writing for Experienced Writers - Take your writing skills to the next level!  Some of the topics covered in this class will be plots, characters, settings and points of view.  Come and join us as we develop more skills. 

Ballroom Dancing I - Learn the basic steps of the Waltz, Cha-Cha, Swing, and more!  This class is designed specifically for beginners.  Couples or singles are welcome, no partner required.

Ballroom Dancing II - This class will build on the foundation of Ballroom Dance I and introduce other popular rhythm style dances.  Couples or singles welcome, no partner required.

This class will teach you the signs used in everyday use.  Students will effectively learn finger spelling for all numbers, dates, house address numbers and phrases.  Also the signs will be taught for Proper Names and State Names.  This class is for beginning students as well as the students who want to build on what they already know.
