Title: Flag Display

Legal Authority: U.S. Code, Title 4, Chapter 1
Florida Statutes: 1000.06, 1001.64

Office of Primary Responsibility: President's Office

The flags of the United States, the State of Florida, and South Florida State College shall be displayed daily on suitable flagstaffs on the grounds of the college campuses and centers in accordance with established guidelines for their proper display. See U.S. Code, Title 4, Chapter 1.

Display of the flags will be approved by the president.
