Title: Political Activity on Campus

Candidates for public office, or their designated representatives, are welcome at South Florida State College (SFSC) to talk with students, citizens, and employees and to distribute literature.

Candidates for political office and others involved in such activity shall notify the President’s Office when they plan to be on campus so that the proper courtesies can be extended.

Use of any SFSC facility for political campaigning must be requested in writing to the director, community relations and marketing, and specifically authorized by the president.  Procedures for scheduling the use of college facilities are prescribed in Procedures 7040 and 7050.
