In concurrence with its mission and goals, the District Board of Trustees of South Florida State College seeks to provide the widest range of educational, administrative, and program materials possible to assist in the delivery of a broad, quality educational program, and to promote the efficient operation of the institution.  Recognizing that much of the available educational, administrative, and program materials, including electronic software, are covered by the U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code, Section 101, et. Seq.), employees shall duplicate, perform, and use materials in accordance with the law as described in college procedures.
