Title: Payroll Deductions

Legal Authority: Florida Statute 1001.64

Office of Primary Responsibility: Vice President for Administrative Services/ Human Resources


Deductions required by law will be made from all salary payments.  Court-ordered garnishments shall be deducted as required.

As an accommodation, other deductions authorized in writing by the employee may be made from an employee’s paycheck.  These deductions must be approved in advance by the president.
