2025 Benefit Guide

To be eligible to participate in the program, you must be a full-time or part-time employee as defined in Section 110.123, Florida Statutes. Upon hire, your position or expected hours of service will determine if you are eligible to participate in the program. 

Choose your benefits:

  • Health and Life Insurance – Within 60 days of hire
  • Retirement – By the end of the eighth month after hire month, with Florida Retirement Services

  • State College Optional Retirement Plan (SCORP) – available to faculty, administrators, and instructional supervisors
