South Florida State College was established in 1965. Since that time, our faculty, staff and administrators have been firmly committed to the well-being and success of students and the community. At SFSC, we educate and prepare our students to continue with their studies or go out into the working world. We tailor programs to meet the needs of the community.
But the strength of SFSC goes deeper. It is a family and has been since the College began. Together, we celebrate milestones and pull together in times of crisis. Over the years, employees on the verge of retirement have consistently voiced that the one thing they’ll miss about the College is “the people,” their work colleagues.
So here we honor SFSC’s retirees, not only for their years of service to the College and its students, but as our friends and colleagues. Go Panthers!
On the following pages, you will find photos of SFSC employees listed according to their retirement year. The individuals featured on these pages have spent a minimum of 10 years at SFSC and we proudly display their portraits, names, titles, and years of service.
