Doing Business with SFSC
Purchases not made for the express purpose of college business are contrary to college policy. Procurement meetings for the purpose of evaluating or selecting a contractor or supplier shall be accomplished according to applicable Florida statutes, state requirements for educational facilities, and SFSC policies. College employees involved with the purchase of goods or services conduct themselves in a manner free from any conflict of interest and consistent with professional purchasing standards. It is strictly prohibited for SFSC personnel to accept any gifts or gratuities. SFSC adheres to FS 112.313 standards of conduct.
