The players and coaches have been working hard throughout the year to prepare for another exciting season of SFSC Panther Baseball.

Each year, success on the field as well as success in the classroom are cornerstones of the SFSC baseball program. The year 2011 was no different as nine second year-players moved on to four year institutions. These players include Kyle Newton (Florida Atlantic University), Kyle Jackson (Florida Southern College), Brett Clements (Nova University), Brandon Kirby (Warner University), Corey Topa (Warner University), Andres Lopez (Palm Beach Atlantic University), Cody Higgins (Palm Beach Atlantic University), Alex Young(University of Tampa), and Pete Williams (University of Central Florida).

SFSC would like to wish all of these young men our best and thank them for the contributions they made to Panther Baseball.

This seasons freshmen dominated roster has some very talented players in it. With the right approach and consistency that the game of baseball demands, these players have a chance to compete again at a very high level in the always tough Suncoast Conference.

Panther Baseball would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the SFSC faculty, staff, and administration, and our sponsors, families and fans for the atmosphere they help to create at beautiful Panther Field. Our players and coaches strive every day to continue to provide an aggressive and enthusiastic style of play that represents our community and our institution at a very high level.
